Note #1: Version 2008-120 is a major update. Thus, it will update all
of your files including the Transact file. Firms with a large
record count in the Transact file (10,000 or more) should
consider running this upgrade during off-peak hours.
Note #2: The software will import all of your data from prior returns
into the newest software. It will not overwrite your data.
